     Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the                                                          
     coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas                                                        
     exploration, development, and production; relating to oil and gas                                                          
     exploration, development, production, and royalties; and relating

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHJR 9(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 9(RES),                                                                      
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHJR 9(RES)?"  The roll was taken with the
